The story of Mac's Dairy Bar in it's current existence and ownership is a great one. A hard-working family that epitomizes the American Dream and proves again and again- those that want to be successful and are willing to work for it can be just that.

Rick and Theresa Multer are lifetime residents of Penn Yan and have been lifetime workers and "busy bees." Rick, a master carpenter by trade and Theresa, a bus driver for the local school district for over 20 years. When the opportunity came up to take ownership of Mac's Dairy Bar from the successful Berg family- the timing was just right to keep a longstanding tradition in the community going!

Rick and Theresa's daughter Kylene (Multer) Applebee has helped oversee and manage the facility with them since taking ownership. Their team has overseen a full renovation of the facility, an overhaul and renovation of the mini golf facilities and has set and reset records in sales and customer satisfaction.
